At our practice, we proudly offer advanced CO₂ fractional skin resurfacing using the innovative Solaria system. This state-of-the-art technology is considered the gold standard in non-surgical skin rejuvenation, helping patients achieve smoother, clearer, and more youthful-looking skin with precision and minimal downtime.

Whether you’re looking to reduce signs of aging, improve texture, or refresh dull or sun-damaged skin, Solaria’s fractional CO₂ laser delivers powerful results while keeping surrounding tissues protected.

What Is CO₂ Fractional Laser Resurfacing?

CO₂ fractional resurfacing uses carbon dioxide laser energy to safely remove damaged skin cells and stimulate the body’s natural healing process. Solaria delivers microscopic columns of laser energy into the skin in a controlled, uniform pattern, creating deep ablation while leaving surrounding tissue intact.

This approach allows for:

  • Effective skin resurfacing

  • Faster recovery

  • Improved collagen regeneration

  • Smoother, tighter skin over time

CO₂ resurfacing is one of the most trusted laser treatments for overall skin renewal.

Why Choose Solaria?

Solaria is an advanced CO₂ fractional ablative laser designed for superior precision and results. According to the manufacturer, it is engineered to:

  • Deliver targeted, customizable treatments

  • Achieve deep ablation with minimal downtime

  • Treat a wide range of concerns in as little as a single session

  • Leave healthy surrounding tissues untouched for faster healing

Solaria offers a safe and convenient in-office option for patients seeking noticeable improvements without surgery.

What Can CO₂ Laser Resurfacing Improve?

CO₂ laser resurfacing is ideal for addressing:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Sun damage and age spots

  • Uneven tone or rough texture

  • Skin laxity

  • Enlarged pores

  • Mild to moderate scarring

  • Dull or uneven skin

  • Crepey skin on the hands or chest

Treatment Areas

Solaria can be used safely on multiple areas of the body, including:

  • Face

  • Neck

  • Décolletage

  • Hands

  • Abdomen

Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for patients seeking full-face rejuvenation or targeted treatment on problem areas.

What to Expect During Treatment

Your provider will customize your treatment settings based on your concerns and skin type. During the procedure:

  1. The laser delivers microscopic columns of CO₂ energy into the skin.

  2. Precise ablation removes damaged tissue.

  3. Surrounding healthy tissue accelerates healing.

  4. New collagen forms over time, enhancing texture and firmness.

Most patients experience warmth or tingling during the session, followed by several days of redness or mild swelling—similar to a sunburn.

Minimal Downtime. Maximum Results.

One of the biggest advantages of Solaria CO₂ resurfacing is its ability to create radiant, long-lasting results with only minimal downtime. Many patients return to normal activities within a few days, and full results continue to improve over several weeks as new collagen develops.
